After hours of working on this digital sculpture of Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein, the classic guitarist of the Misfits, I finally consider it complete in this "poster" that I filled with filters and textures. I used these effects to hide all the small errors and imperfections, making anything that isn't perfect seem intentional, LoL..
Interestingly, I have been a fan of the Misfits' aesthetic for a long time and have sketched this same member a few times because I find him too iconic. I created two more this year before finally deciding that he deserved a 3D version.
Additionally, I'm already planning to create the other two classic members of the Misfits, Jerry Only and Danzig.
The idea with all three members completed is to set up a concert scene, thinking about transforming it into reality with 3D printing and eventually placing it on my shelf.
